I mixed realistic butterflies with drawings and text that came from my imagination in this piece. I made it very personal and aimed to merge the concepts of reality and self-interpretation to communicate the perfection of nature and its purity when seen through sensitive and appreciative eyes. I wanted to show my way of seeing nature and how my appreciation is part of my life and identity. I outlined "PAZ" in gold which translates from Spanish to "Peace," which this whole piece condenses.
